About Attorney Linda Devine

I began practicing law in 2006, opening my own practice right from the start. I chose to hang out my own shingle from day one because I wanted the freedom to choose my clients and build a practice focused on people—not beholden to a firm's billable hour quotas.

My goal has always been simple: to provide the best representation possible, aggressively protect my clients' rights, and understand the full story behind every case.

Effective defense work requires seeing the whole person. Legal challenges often stem from or are intertwined with underlying mental health struggles or substance abuse issues. Identifying these factors—and addressing them directly—is crucial to building an effective defense and securing meaningful outcomes both in and out of the courtroom.

To deliver that level of representation, I prioritize candid, empathetic, and honest conversations. I will always give you straightforward advice about where your case stands while taking the time to listen, understand your background, and ensure your dignity and rights are protected every step of the way.

Connecting Legal Defense & Community Advocacy

My commitment to standing up for people doesn't end when I step out of the courtroom. Building genuine relationships across Laramie and Wyoming helps me stay deeply connected to the community we call home. Being an active advocate in the community makes me a more empathetic listener and a stronger defender for my clients.



As part of that ongoing advocacy, I founded Devine Eats—a local initiative that brings neighbors together around the table to support and raise funds for community nonprofits.
